Mr. Bartolotta has more than 26 years of financial services experience. Bob is President/CEO of American Portfolios Advisors and is also the founder and CEO of APFS Rochester, Inc. In 2010, he established a payroll and HRIS company, Nationpay Solutions. The combined companies were recognized by the Democrat and Chronicle as one of Rochester’s Top Work Places. Throughout his career, he has been recognized as a top financial services professional. Bob earned a BS in Applied Economics from Cornell University.
Mr. Dioguardi has over 25 years of financial services and tax experience. He is currently managing partner with Bonn, Dioguardi & Ray, LLP. He provides a wide variety of tax, audit, valuation and accounting services to closely held companies. Joe represents clients in manufacturing, real estate, construction, retail and the service industries. Joe graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology and he sits on the board of the RIT Athletic Association and the Penfield Perinton Kiwanis.
Mr. Maring is the Chief Financial Officer of Wilbert’s Family Enterprises, an automotive recycler specializing in recycled and aftermarket parts. He joined the company in 2023.
Prior to this role, Mr. Maring served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Gannett Co., Inc., where he worked from 2008 to 2023. Before Gannett, he was Managing Director at Mendon Capital, a registered investment advisor, from 2004 to 2008.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Maring held various finance and accounting positions at Constellation Brands, Arthur Andersen, and The Chase Manhattan Bank.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from St. John Fisher College and holds an MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester.
Mr. Pecora has more than 20 years of banking experience. As President and CEO of Genesee Regional Bank (GRB), he has focused primarily on supporting small business and middle-market customers. Overseeing GRB’s financial, operational, administrative, and credit underwriting activities, he also leads their marketing and sales efforts and serves as the bank’s liaison to community supported activities. Besides sitting on GRB’s Board of Directors, he is the Past President of the Rochester Small Business Council, a trustee on the Executive Committee of McQuaid Jesuit High School, and Chair of the Investment Committee there. Phil is on the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee of the Greater Rochester Chapter of the American Red Cross, and on the Board of Golisano Children’s Hospital. He earned his MBA from the William E. Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.
